NATIONAL CHEIF IMAM ALHAJI NUHU OSMAN SHARIBUTU IS TOTAL HUNGRY ABOUT WESLEY GIRLS SCHOOL HEAD MISTRESS BANNED MUSLIM GIRLS TO FAST


 Sheik Aremeyaw Shaibu is a Muslim Cleric and deputy spokesperson for the National Chief Imam Sheik Nuhu Osman Sharubutu. He has explained that the National Chief Imam Is Totally Angry And Disappointed in the Headmistress of Wesley Girls High School for restricting and banning muslim girls from practicing their Ramadan fasting and prayers.

He explained that, the Chief Imam could not understand why the Headmistress has chosen to destroy the long existing peaceful cohesion of Muslims and christians in Ghana. Sheik Aremeyaw Shaibu made this known in an interview with Joynews.

He added that, they will not sit down for one person to hit the heads of Muslims and christians together to fight. They will make sure that, the Headmistress is brought to order.

He ended by saying that, the National Chief Imam has written to the appropriate quarters for action to be taken against the Wesley Girls High School mistress.

The Headmistress had made a law that no student will be allowed to fast in the school. Been it a muslim or christian. It is part of their rules to curb unnecessary passing out of students due to fastings.

    I am apauled at the mindset of people. I have always remarked on the peace and respect between Muslims and Christians in Ghana. Surely if this woman is worried about students fainting in fasting she should set her attention towards children who have to beg for food ..
